My journey didn't begin with a consulting playbook. It began with a genuine curiosity about how organisations actually function — and more importantly, why they stall. Over 26+ years across technology, finance, and operations, I've seen that the most carefully designed strategies often collapse not because of flawed logic, but because of misread human dynamics.
In 2026 I founded Flow Advisory Group to bring that commercial and operational lens directly to Australian mid-market financial services and technology companies — organisations with 50 to 500 people that are large enough to have real complexity, but lean enough that every decision lands.
That is the work I find most meaningful: helping leadership teams cut through the noise, make clear decisions, and build the operational capability to follow through.
Commercial outcomes and human dynamics are not in tension. Getting both right is the actual job.
I don't arrive with a pre-packaged solution.
